As a Motion & Graphic Designer at Sysberries, you will conceptualize, design, and execute a wide range of creative projects, including large-format hoardings, social media creatives, promotional videos, and 2D animations. You will work closely with our marketing, branding, and development teams to deliver high-quality visual content tailored to premium brands and campaigns.

Key Responsibilities

• Design visually compelling hoardings, billboards, and OOH media creatives for luxury brands and mall campaigns.
• Create engaging content for social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube).
• Develop video ads, promotional motion graphics, and 2D animations using Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, or similar tools.
• Collaborate with the digital marketing team to conceptualize creative strategies and campaign assets.
• Ensure brand consistency and attention to detail across all deliverables.
• Stay updated on design trends, animation styles, and platform-specific best practices.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in designing hoardings and billboards for premium clients or advertising agencies.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating proficiency in creating Social media visuals, motion graphics, video editing, and 2D animation.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite: Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, Premiere Pro.
• Familiarity with tools like Canva, Figma, or Final Cut Pro is a plus.
• Excellent sense of typography, color, layout, and branding.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited four-year college or university, or equivalent work experience. Masters Degrees in a technology field are a plus.
• 4-6+ years of software development using ASP.NET Core /MVC5, C#, Web API, AspnetBoilerplate / AspnetBoilerplateZero, Entity Framework/LINQ, SQL Server, GIT, Visual Studio, TFS, vanilla JavaScript, HTML5, CSS.
• Experience with frameworks/libraries like Vuejs, React & Angular
• Experience in standard .NET CMS like Umbraco, Sitefinity, Sitecore would be a definite advantage
• Ability to write clean, standardized code that performs optimally in highly concurrent environments.

Job Description

As a Senior Website Designer, you'll be responsible for designing elegant, responsive, and user-centered websites and interfaces. You'll also be expected to code your designs using the latest front-end technologies and work closely with the development and marketing teams to execute high-quality digital experiences for premium clients.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and prototype websites, landing pages, and user interfaces with a pixel-perfect approach.
• Convert Figma or design mockups into clean, responsive HTML/CSS/JS front-end code.
• Ensure smooth integration with backend systems and CMS platforms.
• Create wireframes, user flows, and interactive prototypes for UI/UX review.
• Work on cross-browser, mobile-first responsive designs.
